You've been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or frustrated due to stress. Navigating multiple responsibilities has you feeling like you can't catch a break. You've been showing up for others more than yourself. You thought you'd "gotten over" past trauma, but things remind you of it. You're feeling exhausted from worrying about different things. You haven't been able to shake the "baby blues." You've been struggling to communicate your needs to your partner or feel burnt out with dating. You have reached a point where you want to feel in control of your life. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health concerns, supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges—from fertility, postpartum, and parenting stress to trauma recovery, relationship changes, and career or college-related stressors. I work with men, women, teens, fellow clinicians, and educators (including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients) to build emotional resilience, self-compassion, and balance in their daily lives. I am trained in Perinatal Mental Health as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT).
