Introduction

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to the stories people carry beneath the surface. The quiet worries. The unspoken guilt. The moments that feel too heavy to say out loud. I believe everyone deserves a space where those experiences are met with compassion. I meet clients exactly where they are. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully while giving you practical tools to make meaningful changes in your life. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and tailored to your unique story, so you can leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more connected to yourself. Some of my specialties include anxiety and depression, trauma, personality disorders, boundary setting, chronic illness, life transitions, blended families, and pregnancy and postpartum, including high risk pregnancies and NICU experiences.
