You want a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or be the strong one. I primarily work with teens and young adults, especially high-achieving women navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally exhausted from trying to meet expectations at school, work, home, or within their faith communities. Therapy is a place to slow down, untangle what you’re feeling, and reconnect with your needs, values, and voice. My approach is highly relational, meaning I believe healing happens through a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel known, supported, and understood. I strive to create a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. In addition to talk therapy, I offer EMDR to help clients process trauma, anxiety, difficult experiences, and negative beliefs about themselves. EMDR can be especially helpful when you understand your patterns logically but still feel stuck repeating them. Together, we can work toward lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.
