Introduction

Hi! I’m Ashley Hite, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience in the mental health and healthcare fields. My career has given me the opportunity to support people through some of life’s most difficult seasons, and that work has always been incredibly meaningful to me. I currently work in population health, serving my community through a corporate healthcare role. While I’ve loved the opportunity to make an impact on a larger scale, I found myself craving something more, more connection, more purpose, and more opportunity to truly meet people where they are. That realization led me to take a leap and begin my private practice journey. Hite Counseling was created from a genuine desire to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I would be honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey. 🌿
