Introduction

You might look like you have it together on the outside, but internally your mind feels exhausting—constant overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. Whether this comes from anxiety, past trauma, or experiences that have left you feeling on edge or disconnected, it can feel like your mind is working against you. Together, we’ll work on helping you step out of overwhelming thought loops, feel more in control of your reactions, and build a sense of calm and confidence in your day-to-day life. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. You can show up overwhelmed, unsure, or frustrated, and we’ll work through it in a manageable way. Over time, many clients begin to feel more clear-headed, emotionally steady, and confident in how they handle challenges and navigate their life. I’m a certified therapy dog handler, and my co-therapist, Chloe, often joins sessions to offer warmth and comfort. Together, we cultivate a space for authentic healing and self-discovery, helping you move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this journey.
