Introduction

Structured 8–10 week couples therapy designed to rebuild communication, emotional safety, and connection. I specialize exclusively in couples therapy for high-functioning partners who feel disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or emotionally distant despite still deeply caring for one another. Through my structured 8-week Intimacy Reset framework, I help couples rebuild communication, emotional safety, conflict repair, and connection in a clear, results-oriented way. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based relationship work including the Gottman Method and CBT. I offer virtual couples therapy across Oregon and in-person sessions in Bend on Saturdays. How Intimacy Reset Works Step 1: Individual Intake Sessions Each partner begins with an individual session to explore relationship history, attachment patterns, and current areas of disconnection. Step 2: Identify the Cycle of Disconnection Together we identify the recurring conflict patterns keeping you stuck — including triggers, emotional responses, communication breakdowns, and unmet needs. Step 3: Rebuild Communication + Emotional Safety Using structured interventions and evidence-based relationship tools, couples learn healthier ways to communicate, repair conflict, and reconnect emotionally. Step 4: Build Sustainable Connection The final phase focuses on sustainable relationship rituals, repair strategies, and long-term connection beyond therapy. TESTIMONIALS: "Ashley is awesome. I was pretty skeptical that eight weeks could make much of a difference, but it did. We went from feeling stuck and frustrated most of the time to actually enjoying being around each other again. I'd say we went from a 2/10 to a 9.5/10, and that still kind of blows my mind." -T&C, 2026
