Introduction

As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using evidence-based approaches that are practical and flexible. My primary methods are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT helps clients identify and shift patterns of thinking and behavior that may keep them stuck, while ACT focuses on mindfulness, acceptance, and living in alignment with personal values. I specialize in the treatment of OCD through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP helps clients gradually face fears and reduce reliance on compulsions in a safe, supportive, and collaborative way. Clients often complete treatment feeling empowered, having reclaimed much of their time, energy, and freedom. Therapy should feel both compassionate and practical. I strive to balance structure with flexibility, guiding clients while honoring their unique goals and values. Whether you’re seeking help for OCD, managing anxiety, or navigating life’s challenges, I am here to support you in building resilience and moving toward the life you want to live!
