I specialize in the treatment of OCD through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP helps clients gradually face fears and reduce reliance on compulsions in a safe, supportive, and collaborative way. Clients often complete treatment feeling empowered, having reclaimed much of their time, energy, and freedom. Therapy should feel both compassionate and practical.
