I believe healing happens in the context of safety, connection, and being truly seen and understood. Therapy can be a space to slow down, become curious about the patterns that have developed over time, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion rather than judgment. Together, we work toward creating more capacity to navigate difficult emotions, feel grounded in your body, and respond to life from a place of greater choice and connection. I have more than 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, and patterns of overwhelm or disconnection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from Attachment-Focused EMDR, EFT/tapping, mindfulness, somatic work, parts work, and traditional talk therapy. I pay particular attention to the nervous system and the ways our past experiences can continue to shape how we feel, relate, and respond in the present. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change involves more than simply understanding something intellectually. I help clients connect what they know with what they feel and experience in their bodies, creating opportunities for deeper processing and lasting change. Developing greater self-compassion, feeling more connected to ourselves, and experiencing more peace and grounding are universal goals that can support a more fulfilling life.
