Introduction

Are you hesitant to trying therapy? As a veteran, I know how hard it can be to find the right support. My goal is to help you resolve patterns that no longer serve you and create practical steps toward lasting change. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the challenges of anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress. I have extensive experience supporting military service members, veterans, and first responders, who often face unique pressures and invisible wounds. I also work with inter-abled couples & help them reconnect after the trauma of injury & navigate complicated dynamics. I strive to create a supportive space where your nervous system can settle and your inner resilience can emerge. Whether you’re struggling with the effects of PTSD, feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, or working through relationship difficulties, therapy with me is about building tools, resilience, and deeper self-understanding. In couples counseling, I work by helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect in meaningful ways. I am also certified in Eye Movement Integration (EMI), a gentle and effective approach for healing trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelming emotions, or distressing memories and are seeking meaningful, lasting change. EMI is a client-centered, neurobiologically informed therapy that helps the brain naturally process unresolved experiences without requiring detailed retelling of traumatic events. By using guided eye movements, EMI supports the integration of emotional, cognitive, and physical responses, often reducing distress more quickly and comfortably than traditional talk therapy alone. I hope to support you in gaining insights into your challenges, develop coping skills, and work toward personal growth.
