Introduction

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I meet you where you are, without judgment, deeply recognizing your lived experience. I work from the understanding that we are whole people, shaped by our minds, bodies, relationships, histories, and environments. In therapy, we’ll explore how past experiences may be influencing your current thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system responses. Gaining insight into these patterns can be empowering rather than limiting, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the whole of who you are. I’m trained in EMDR, and I use client-centered, strengths-based methods to help process trauma, gain insight into patterns, and create meaningful change. We'll explore your history, recognize resilience, and find ways to support growth, and healing. Starting therapy can be challenging. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, support and guidance. If you're ready to take steps toward the life you want, therapy can be a collaborative and empowering journey- and I'd be honored to join you on it. Reach out via email to schedule a free 15 minute consult to see if we're a good fit.
