Hi, I'm Ashley! I believe therapy doesn't have to look one particular way to be meaningful. Sometimes growth happens through conversation, creativity, hands-on activities, or simply having a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I'm Ashley Lemise, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm especially passionate about working with preteens and early adolescents, particularly ages 11–13, as they navigate the emotional and social changes that come with growing up. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent teens and young adults, recognizing and respecting their unique communication styles, sensory needs, and ways of experiencing the world. Additionally, I enjoy supporting new and postpartum mothers as they adjust to the emotional and identity changes of motherhood. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, and individualized. I incorporate interactive activities, practical coping strategies, and strengths-based support to make therapy engaging and meaningful. Whether you're seeking support for your child, navigating young adulthood, or adjusting to motherhood, my goal is to help you feel understood, build confidence, and discover your strengths. I provide therapy under the clinical supervision of Annie Donahue, LCSW.
