Introduction

Hello! I’m Ashley, a graduate clinical intern passionate about accessible mental health support in life’s earliest stages. This includes the perinatal and postpartum period, as well as the journey into early childhood and beyond. I’m trained in areas of early childhood and perinatal counseling, drawing from solution-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. I believe in honoring you or your child’s unique story by personalizing treatment to what fits your needs best. We do this through collaborating on what feels right in therapy, while also integrating your strengths, interests, and desired outcomes. Life, especially as it begins, can be messy, chaotic, and even scary at times. I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate the twists and turns, supporting and empowering you to find a life that feels good.
