Counseling has been a natural extension of a life rooted in service, first through the United States Marine Corps and later through years of working in schools, healthcare, and community settings. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC), I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and older adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and times of crisis. I especially enjoy working with educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, current military members and veterans, and others who spend much of their lives caring for others. If you’re used to being the dependable one but are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck, or disconnected, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel understood without judgment, and reconnect with what matters most. I use an integrative approach that allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we can work toward feeling more grounded, strengthening meaningful connections, and creating positive change that feels realistic and lasting.
