Introduction

Helping Families Heal, Grow & Thrive Parenting and family life can be incredibly rewarding—and incredibly overwhelming. Whether your child is struggling emotionally, your family is navigating conflict, or you simply want stronger connection at home, you do not have to figure it out alone. With more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping children, teens, parents, and families build healthier relationships, improve communication, and create lasting change. I believe every family already has strengths—we work together to uncover them, strengthen them, and use them as a foundation for growth. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where children feel safe to express themselves, parents feel supported instead of judged, and families feel empowered to move forward with confidence. My Background I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Sacramento. After completing more than 3,000 clinical hours and passing my licensing exams, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Throughout my career, I have: Supported children and families impacted by severe trauma in child abuse prevention programs Served as a Family Counselor on a U.S. military base Built a private practice focused on supporting youth, parents, and families through life’s challenges A Little About Me I genuinely love the work I do and feel honored to walk alongside families during difficult seasons. I believe therapy should feel supportive, authentic, and hopeful—not intimidating. My goal is to help families feel more connected, children feel more confident, and parents feel better equipped to navigate challenges together. I look forward to partnering with your family to help create greater peace, resilience, and connection—both at home and beyond.
