Introduction

Helping Families Heal, Grow, and Thrive With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am deeply passionate about the power of relationships and the profound impact they have on our well-being. I believe that every family holds unique strengths and resilience—and together, we can build on those strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is strength-based, family-centered, and tailored to each client’s specific needs. I work with children, adolescents, parents, and families through individual therapy, parent-child (dyadic) therapy, and family therapy. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other approaches designed to support growth and healing. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Sacramento. After completing over 3,000 clinical hours and passing my licensing exams, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Throughout my career, I have: Supported families in child abuse prevention programs working with children impacted by severe trauma Served as a Family Counselor on a U.S. military base Built a private practice dedicated to supporting youth, parents, and families I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where children feel heard, parents feel empowered, and families feel connected. I look forward to partnering with you to help your child—and your family—move toward greater peace, confidence, and connection.
