My path to becoming a therapist started with my work as a drug and alcohol counselor, where I saw firsthand how deeply people long to be heard and healed. Over time, that work expanded into a passion for helping individuals and families through some of life’s toughest moments. As someone with personal experience in foster care, adoption, and parenting, I understand the unique challenges that come with big transitions. I also support clients facing grief, anxiety, and depression with empathy and practical tools. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate change, loss, or simply the weight of everyday life — offering a space where growth feels possible and hope is restored. I use collaborative methods to help you get where you need to be.
