I began this work because I believe there is strength in vulnerability. As a therapist, it is my aim to create a space for my clients to feel welcome, safe, and supported. I most enjoy working with teens and young adults on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, disordered eating and body image, life transitions, and perfectionist tendencies.
