She specializes in anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. She also specializes in educating and supervising associate counselors. Ashley is passionate about collaborating with individuals from a variety of ages and stages to improve life satisfaction and overall well-being. She helps them to find practical solutions for overcoming life’s problems using collaboration. Ashley uses an integrative approach aimed at finding what works best for each individual. This includes using evidenced based techniques that have shown to be effective for promoting strong mental health, as well as using humor and play (because we all need a chance to laugh and have fun). Ashley has a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently enrolled in a Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program with expected graduation in 2026.
