Introduction

I bring many years of clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings, and I've had the privilege of supervising graduate psychology and social work students as they develop their own therapeutic skills. I work with individuals and couples—from young adults through later life—who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma. My approach draws on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic frameworks, as well as family and marital therapy, to help you understand the deeper patterns shaping your life and relationships. I believe that meaningful change often comes from exploring how our past informs our present, and from creating space to process what's been difficult to carry alone.
