Introduction

I've been supporting children, teens, and young adults within mental health therapy since 2015, and I'm passionate about helping individuals and families navigate some of their toughest moments. As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), I work with kids and adolescents facing behavioral issues, defiance, school issues, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I partner closely with parents and schools to build healthier dynamics at school, in public and at home. I use Behavioral Therapy with children and their families, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with teens, college students, and young adults up to age 35. My approach collaborative and we take things at your pace: I help parents develop practical in-home strategies while supporting young adults in building coping skills, self-esteem and surviving changes. I support the LGBTQIA+ community, women and single parents. Whether you're managing ADHD, navigating life transitions, or working through communication breakdowns, I'm here to help. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and accept most major insurance plans. I currently have day time availability.
