Introduction

I'm so glad you found your way here. Taking the first step toward healing takes courage, and I want you to know — you don't have to carry it alone anymore. My name is Ashley Powell, and I've been a therapist since 2019. I created Evermore Therapy & Wellness as a space where women and teenagers can feel truly seen, held, and supported as they work through the experiences that have shaped them. I specialize in helping those who have experienced toxic relationships, sexual trauma, domestic violence, struggles with self-esteem, and high anxiety. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I believe healing happens not just by talking about what happened, but by reconnecting with your body and your sense of self. I draw on EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to gently guide clients toward lasting healing — at a pace that always feels safe and right for them. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of a painful relationship, working through trauma, or simply trying to find your footing again — I'm here to walk alongside you. Healing is possible. You deserve to feel whole.
