As an Associate Social Worker, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life's ups and downs. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento and my Master of Social Work from Brandman University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with foster youth, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care, and I use motivational interviewing to help clients identify their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, develop practical tools for everyday life, and move toward healing and the life you want to create.
