I’m Ashley Rodriguez, LPC, and I work with children, teens, adults, and families who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, school stress, behavioral concerns, or changes at home. My style is supportive and collaborative, and I try to meet people where they are rather than make therapy feel overly clinical. With younger clients, I use play and developmentally appropriate approaches to help them express things that may be hard to put into words. With teens and adults, I use approaches like CBT to help make sense of patterns, build coping skills, and feel more grounded. I currently offer virtual counseling through Social House Wellness Company and am accepting new clients.
