Introduction

Welcome! Every healing journey starts with one conversation. I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who believes healing begins when you feel safe, seen, and understood. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self, no judgment, no pressure, just support. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and holistic strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, behavioral concerns, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to build practical tools, celebrate progress, and help you create the life you deserve. If you're ready to take the first step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Come rewrite your story, one chapter at a time. Virtual and in-person sessions are available, and I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
