I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with ages 12+ navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use a directive therapeutic approach, as well as Brainspotting to help my clients process difficult experiences and build resilience. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or looking for help for a young person in your life, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept BCBS PPO, Aetna, UHC, and Cigna Healthcare. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
