Hi, I’m Ashley. One of the most important things to me as a therapist is creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being fully yourself. While I am a trained mental health professional, I also believe therapy works best when clients feel they are talking to a real human being, not just someone analyzing them from across the room. I strive to balance professionalism with authenticity, warmth, and genuine connection. I understand that life can feel overwhelming, messy, emotional, confusing, or exhausting at times, and I never want clients to feel judged for being human. My goal is to help you feel supported both as a person and as a client. I approach therapy collaboratively, meaning we work together as a team. I value creating an environment where you can speak openly, process emotions honestly, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether we are working through anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, chronic illness/pain, emotional overwhelm, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can breathe a little easier.
