Introduction

Supervised by Christina Watts-Figueroa, MA, LMFT-S, LPC-S, RPT-s. EMDR Basic Trained When approaching therapy, I strive to be authentic and genuine with clients during our sessions to promote a safe and welcoming environment. I work with children, teens, adults, families, relationships, and those who identify with or want to learn more about the LGBTQIA+ community. I focus on various topics such as but not limited to depression/anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I aim to walk alongside you during your journey of healing and exploration. I would love to make a safe space for you along your journey. I focus on a collaborative approach to counseling that explores the clients strengths and the stories of their life. While working with all age groups, I provide services such as Supportive talk therapy, Narrative therapy, Sandtray, EMDR, and Solution-Focused therapy. Taking the leap to start counseling can be intimidating, whether it is your first time or something you have done before. I commend you for your bravery in taking that leap and I hope to walk alongside you during your journey.
