Introduction

I’m Ashley, a licensed therapist and mom of three. I specialize in helping women over 40 who feel burned out, overstimulated, or disconnected from themselves while raising young children. Motherhood later in life comes with unique challenges, and it’s normal to feel stretched thin. Together, we’ll explore what’s draining you, build strategies to manage stress, and help you reconnect with the person you’ve been missing. I offer virtual therapy sessions, and I accept select insurance providers, including Headway. Sessions are private, compassionate, and tailored to your needs.
