When life changes, it is easy to feel like things are falling apart and you are barely holding it together. When people and families are going through those big life changes like moving, divorce, new family structure, and new challenges, I want to help you find some peace and connection. If you are exhausted or confused and trying to stay strong for everyone else, I know the struggle and would love to be a part of helping you discover steps to new solutions. I know life can be overwhelming at all ages and stages in our lives. That is why I enjoy helping young people and adults. I offer individual and family sessions.
