Introduction

I am deeply passionate about creating a space where you feel safe to explore who you are and what you’ve been through, without fear of judgment. I believe that the parts of ourselves we often struggle with can also be sources of strength, and that growth doesn’t require you to change who you are, but to better understand and embrace yourself. My work focuses on anxiety, perfectionism, sport and performance, autism, ADHD, motivation, self-esteem, emerging adulthood, chronic illness, and relationship challenges. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, helping you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. With me, you can expect to feel supported, heard, and empowered as we explore your experiences and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
