I am looking forward to utilizing my skills and experience to partner with you to provide meaningful, lasting change. Whether this is a time of transition or you're ready to work on deeper issues, I will help you accomplish your goals so you can get the most out of life. I am an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) trained therapist, which is a form of psychotherapy that helps people heal from emotional distress caused by disturbing life experiences.
