Life is beautiful, ever changing, and challenging. Whether life's changes are positive or negative, it influences our mental health, our relationships, and our physical bodies. I often describe therapy as a space to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly. The therapeutic process happens in session and in your daily life as you build self-awareness and enhance skills to obtain your goal(s). I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have spent the past 11 years working with adults and families in the human service areas of abuse, neglect, community resources, trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, relationship challenges, and various mental health diagnoses. You are a person who holds power, worth, and is deserving of a life worth living. I will continue to use my time, talents, and education to develop influential connections with others who are on a path of growth, navigating challenges and successes, all in effort to obtain their life's vision and/or goals.
