I view therapy as a playground of sorts, where you can use our time together as a means to feel more empowered and to explore. Through this approach, we are able to be compassionately curious about your patterns, understand what is important to you, and to create therapeutic goals that feel best aligned with who you are (or with how you wish to grow). I became a therapist because I have always been interested in the deeper aspects of life.
