I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and my master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With a warm, energetic, and compassionate approach, I meet clients where they are and build collaborative relationships. I specialize in working with children and families, supporting concerns such as ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and school difficulties. I also help adults navigate relationships, loneliness, and parenting challenges. Using CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and client-centered therapies, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I partner with parents to support children’s growth and incorporate faith into therapy when requested. My goal is to provide a trusting, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
