Introduction

I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor providing therapy under the supervision of a licensed professional. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, anger, and major life transitions. My approach is calm, relational, and grounded in evidence-based care. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a person-centered approach, and elements of DBT. This means we focus on understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, while also centering your lived experience, strengths, and goals. I provide practical coping tools and support you in developing healthier patterns at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I work especially well with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, helping them move toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. If you’re interested in working together, I offer a free consultation call to discuss your goals and the next steps toward scheduling.
