If you’re the parent of a neurodivergent child, you may feel like you’re walking on eggshells—wanting to connect but unsure how to help your child thrive. Daily routines, communication, and transitions can feel like constant challenges. You’re not alone, and support can look different than traditional behavior therapy. At Mindful Behavior Connections, we help families move from overwhelm to understanding through relationship, play, and collaboration. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with specialized training in PDA-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. My work blends the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a deep respect for autonomy, safety, and connection. We support toddlers, children, and preteens through: Social and emotional learning groups that nurture self-awareness, flexibility, communication, and peer connection in natural, creative ways Parent coaching and education that help families build balanced, trusting relationships while supporting regulation and growth at home Workshops and trainings for parents and professionals on topics such as PDA-informed care, declarative language, and relationship-centered behavior support Every session and group is guided by the belief that growth happens through connection, curiosity, and trust—not compliance.
