Introduction

I’m happy that you’re here! My passion is to support people and meet them where they are on their journey. I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults in all walks of life. My experience in working with individuals includes those who have struggled with anxiety, depression, stress, learning disabilities, adjustment, grief, and trauma. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2017 and with my Master’s in Social Work from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville in 2022. I’ve worked in several different areas within this field including foster care, domestic violence, public school, and at a private practice. I understand how intimidating it can be to ask for help. I encourage you to take the first step toward strengthening your overall wellbeing. I look forward to working together!
