Hi, my name is Ashley Williams and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rochester, NY. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2021 from Canisius University. I love working with teens and young adults as they move through major life transitions, identity questions, relationship struggles, and emotional ups and downs. With over 9 years of experience as a school counselor, I understand the pressures that come with academics, peer relationships, and planning for the future.
