Introduction

Asking for help is difficult and it takes courage to share personal information with an individual you don't know. My goal is to offer a safe and comfortable environment for clients. I am passionate at providing therapy services to individuals, couples, adolescents and families, during major life changes, working through loss or trauma, or relationship stress. I utilize a variety of therapy interventions. Due to my belief in your ability to find your own answers, I see my role as a facilitator. I will provide objective guidance, challenge and support. I will listen without judgment, while helping you to tackle life's challenges. Together we can begin to identify your strengths and interests before exploring effective decision-making strategies. We may explore any of your feelings, relationships, or health issues and develop concrete goals to be successful in the future. I understand life gets busy and it may be a struggle to find time for counseling, which is why I offer virtual or in person sessions. Although my practice is based in Rockford, I accept clients seeking virtual appointments throughout all of Michigan. Remember your mental health and overall wellness is important. If you feel ready to begin your therapeutic journey or if you are interested in learning more, then call, text, or email me to get started.
