As a military wife and mother, I understand the unique challenges that can come with change, transitions, and the many unexpected moments life can bring. I have spent over 11 years working in schools and four years in private practice, with experience as a Student Assistance Counselor (SAC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I can provide clinical supervision for LSWs and LACs. Through these experiences, I have had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and families through many different stages and seasons of life. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and you may not know exactly where to begin. My hope is to create a warm, comfortable space where you can come as you are, feel heard and understood, and know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I speak Portuguese and Spanish and strive to make therapy a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone. I believe that even during difficult times, there are strengths within you that may be hard to see on your own. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find a path forward that feels right for you.
