Are you or your child struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or difficult emotions that feel hard to manage? Maybe your teen is shutting down, feeling overwhelmed, or having trouble coping with school, relationships, or life changes. You may be looking for a therapist who feels approachable, supportive, and genuine. Someone who can help create a safe space while also encouraging growth and positive change. My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and relational, with a focus on helping clients recognize their value and build healthier patterns in their thoughts and behaviors. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and have experience in both pediatric hospital and school-based settings. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, including high school-aged young men, helping them better understand themselves and navigate life with more confidence. I also enjoy incorporating creativity and personal interests into sessions to make therapy feel engaging, comfortable, and meaningful. Together, we’ll focus on building on your strengths, developing practical coping skills, and creating lasting change.
