My "ideal client" is one who seeks understanding, compassion, and has wants to move forwards. Without disregarding your experiences, but learning how they impact you, you can learn to release self-limiting beliefs. I will never be the expert on your own experiences, but I can be a supportive space that encourages empowerment and resilience. In our first few sessions, I'll ask a lot of questions - not just to understand what is going on, but also to start building a relationship where you feel seen, safe and supported. I take an individualized approach that honors your strengths, story, and needs.
