Introduction

My hope is that you come to experience therapy as a space to slow down make sense of what you're experiencing, and move toward meaningful change. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and choosing to seek support is a meaningful act of strength. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, validating environment where you can explore your emotions, understand patterns, and begin to find a clearer path forward. I offer individual therapy for those who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of impulsivity or shutdown, or unsure how to move forward within themselves or their relationships. I am committed to providing gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and culturally responsive care where all individuals feel seen, valued, and supported. I work with adults navigating mood-related concerns, trauma, life transitions, and patterns of emotional or relational instability. My approach is grounded in both acceptance and change of honoring your experiences while also supporting intentional growth. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and authentic, allowing you to be vulnerable, move at your own pace, and feel supported as you create meaningful and lasting change.
