People who work with me come from varied life experiences; however, they seek a non-judgmental, compassionate, and encouraging relationship to grow. Together we work on acknowledging and processing difficult experiences, connecting how those experiences impact you currently, and learning to move through them. I will never claim to be an expert on your life or experiences; but I can be a space where you feel safe and encouraged to explore them deeply. Whilst my approach is individualized and focused on your perspective, it is also crucial to acknowledge the systems for which we all exist. As a neurodivergent therapist, I feel that my lived experience strengthens the therapeutic relationship. I work with those navigating neurodivergency, gender or sexuality, complex PTSD, familial conflict, reconnecting with intimacy after experiencing sexual abuse or violence, polyamory, participation in kink or BDSM behaviors, and life transitions. My clinical experiences have allowed me the privilege of working with many different people, and in different systems. I firmly believe that growth thrives in connection. As a therapist who openly shares that she seeks therapy, I bring both clinical and lived experiences into my work. Healing may not be linear, but you don't have to walk it alone.
