Introduction

I’m a compassionate counselor offering holistic, personalized virtual therapy for children, teens, and adults. I help clients manage anxiety, navigate life's challenges, build self-esteem, and improve emotional regulation—so they can feel more confident, connected, and in control. I have specialized training in both Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), which allows me to support children’s emotional well-being and help parents foster stronger, more connected relationships. I believe early support can help children grow into healthy, well-adapted individuals who live more fulfilling lives. I also bring tools from my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to promote grounding and mind-body awareness when it supports a client’s healing process. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, teaching yoga, being in nature, and spending time with friends and family. I believe self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential to living authentically.
