I support adults who feel stuck in patterns that leave them drained, unheard, or disconnected from themselves. Sometimes that looks like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or difficult relationship dynamics. I also work closely with those navigating ADHD, using a strength-based approach to build confidence, fulfillment and success. I value being present and engaged during my time with clients. I ask the right questions, offer new perspectives, and help to connect the dots so real change can happen. As a team, we’ll set goals and I’ll keep us accountable to ensure progress. This is a safe and non-judgmental space so you can feel comfortable to show up authentically. We'll spend our first session discussing your goals, treatment preferences, history, and anything else you would like me to know about you or that you would like to know about me.
