I strive to create an open-minded, supportive space where you can explore both the uncomfortable and the meaningful parts of your experience. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, relationships, patterns, and strengths while navigating the uncertainties that life brings. My goal is to support you in building greater self-awareness, flexibility, and confidence in living a life that aligns with your values. My style is warm, collaborative, and empathetic. I believe meaningful growth happens when clients feel both supported and gently challenged to examine the patterns and barriers that may be keeping them stuck. I approach therapy with curiosity and respect, recognizing that each person's experiences and goals are unique. This is a space for you to show up and share without judgement or bias. My work is informed by psychodynamic theory, ACT, and DBT. Through a tailored and collaborative process, I help clients explore how past experiences shape present challenges while building practical skills to move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. My clinical experience has primarily been with adolescents navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. I am also passionate about working with young adults and women as they explore relationships, identity, self-worth, and personal growth.
