Introduction

If you're a first responder, you already know how to carry heavy things. What nobody trains you for is when the calls start following you home, when sleep gets thin, when the people you love get the worn-down version of you. That's the work I do. I help first responders put some of the weight down. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, trained in EMDR, and I've built my practice around the people who spend their lives showing up for everyone else. I understand the culture, the long shifts, the calls that stick, the pressure to be fine because the team is counting on you. You won't have to explain your world to me before we can get to work in it. What you'll find is a space with no judgment and no agenda but yours. Whatever you bring, the things you've seen, the things you can't stop replaying, we look at it together, at your pace. If you're ready, or even just wondering, I'd be honored to hear from you.
