I became a therapist because I understand what it feels like to become disconnected from yourself. During a pivotal time in my own life, I experienced the impact of having someone create a space where I could look inward, reconnect with who I was, and become more intentional about who I wanted to be. That experience didn't just change my direction—it helped clarify my purpose. Today, my work is centered on creating that kind of space for others. I support individuals and couples as they explore the experiences, relationships, patterns, and beliefs that have shaped them while discovering what they want for themselves moving forward. My approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with self-awareness. Sometimes we become so focused on surviving, meeting expectations, maintaining relationships, or simply managing life that we lose connection with ourselves along the way. I help clients slow that process down, look inward with curiosity, strengthen their relationships with themselves and others, and make intentional choices about what comes next. Whether our work focuses on personal growth, mental wellness, relationships, intimacy, or life transitions, my goal is not to tell you who you should become. It is to help you rediscover yourself and intentionally grow into the person you envision yourself to be. I believe people are capable of more than simply moving beyond difficult experiences. With the right space, support, and willingness to look inward, we can understand what has shaped us, reconnect with what matters, and build lives and relationships that feel more authentic, connected, and purposeful.
