Introduction

Fundamentally, my aim is to support my clients in contacting their self-knowing, and "make friends" with all of the various parts of themselves in the warmth and security of this inner space. To achieve this, I practice person-centered therapy, with a strong emphasis on somatic awareness. I graduated with an MA from Naropa University's Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology program in 2021, and have clinical experience with crisis intervention, individual outpatient therapy, couple's therapy utilizing emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) and group therapy.
