Introduction

Life can be filled with wonderful things and also many things that cause stress. Sometimes it can be hard to take time for yourself when the demands of others are in the forefront of your life. My passion is working with individuals with chronic health conditions. I also enjoy working with individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or caregivers. With a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Holistic Specialization from Lesley University, I understand the connection between the mind and body and how stress can take a toll on our physical and mental health. Therapy is a time to focus on yourself and learn coping skills to manage the stress of daily life. I look forward to going on this journey of self exploration with you.
